LONDON, UK and WIENER NEUSTADT, AUSTRIA, 4 November 2026 – TrustFlight, the Aerospace Safety Intelligence Platform, today announced that Goldeck-Flug, one of Austria’s longest-established business aviation operators, has replaced its paper technical log with TrustFlight’s Tech Log across its fleet and connected it to FL3XX for scheduling and CAMP for maintenance tracking. Goldeck-Flug’s maintenance team now sees each defect as soon as a crew records it, wherever the aircraft is, so it can arrange parts and engineering support before the next flight and keep aircraft available for charter guests and owners.
Goldeck-Flug flies two Pilatus PC-12 NGX, a Bombardier Challenger 300 and a Bombardier Global XRS from Vienna and Wiener Neustadt, on trips that can keep an aircraft away from base for days. With a paper technical log, a defect written up abroad could reach the maintenance team only when the aircraft or the paperwork came back, and the same flight details were recorded in several places.
Tech Log now links those steps. Trips flow from the scheduling system onto the crew’s iPad, and each completed flight updates maintenance tracking, so every flight is entered once and maintenance is planned on up-to-date figures.

The change also matters to the owners whose aircraft Goldeck-Flug manages. Every flight, defect and maintenance action is now recorded digitally with a full audit trail, so Goldeck-Flug can give owners a complete, current record of their aircraft. The same records support an aircraft’s value at resale and are ready for review by regulators and auditors.
Before going live, Goldeck-Flug completed a parallel trial and received approval from Austro Control to retire its paper technical log.
