Most operators are live on Centrik within approximately three months, though timelines vary with the size and complexity of your operation. The most significant factor is the availability of your key personnel during configuration and training — the more engaged your post-holders are throughout the process, the smoother and faster your go-live will be.
Yes. Training is built into every implementation. We typically use a “train the trainer” approach: equipping your key post-holders as SMS/QMS Admins, who then roll training out across their teams. This builds lasting in-house expertise, and we tailor the programme to suit your operation.
Yes. Your team has ongoing access to e-learning directly from the Centrik dashboard, alongside guidance materials for day-to-day use. Live follow-up sessions are also available as paid add-ons, whether for a refresher or when onboarding new staff.
That depends on your preference. Many operators choose to start with a clean slate, while others migrate key records across, most commonly open safety cases. We’ll help you scope what needs to be transferred. Data migration can be complex depending on the format and volume of your records, so requirements are assessed on a case-by-case basis and may carry an additional cost.
