Redline Assured Security, TrustFlight’s security capability, will be at the AirportsUK Airport Security Conference 2026, taking place at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Manchester Airport in Manchester, United Kingdom on September 16-17, 2026. Organised by AirportsUK as a members-only conference, it is the sector’s main annual forum for airport security leaders, regulators, and policymakers to work through the threats and obligations facing UK aviation.

About the AirportsUK Airport Security Conference 2026

The conference runs across two days, opening on Wednesday 16 September and closing at lunchtime on Thursday 17 September, followed by a closed session for airports. It is a deliberately senior room: the agenda is built around candid discussion between those who set UK aviation security policy and those who deliver it every day.

The 2026 agenda includes a welcome from the Managing Director of Manchester Airport, keynote addresses from the Department for Transport and the Civil Aviation Authority, and presentations from the Home Office and the National Counter Terrorism Security Office (NaCTSO).

Key Themes at the AirportsUK Airport Security Conference 2026

This year’s discussion focuses on where airport security is being asked to change fastest, with sessions spanning:

  • The evolving threat picture and national counter-terrorism priorities
  • Cyber risk and the convergence of physical and digital security
  • Risk-based oversight and what it asks of airport security teams
  • Designing security into airport infrastructure projects from the outset
  • Regulatory direction from the Department for Transport and the CAA

Meet Redline in Manchester

Redline Assured Security delivers government-standard security for aviation and critical national infrastructure. ICAO-endorsed and working with 200+ clients across aviation, critical national infrastructure, events, and government, Redline is TrustFlight’s security capability: aviation security training and eLearning, Security Management Systems (SeMS) development, and covert testing through Threat Image Response Training and realistic operational assessment.

Risk-based oversight is the thread running through much of the 2026 agenda, and it changes what regulators expect airports to be able to demonstrate. Showing that your security culture, your people, and your management system are performing, rather than simply compliant on the day of an inspection, is a different discipline. That is the work Redline does.

Because Redline sits inside TrustFlight, the Aerospace Safety Intelligence Platform, that security work connects directly to safety and compliance technology, to specialist training and consulting through Baines Simmons, and to crisis management and response through Kenyon International. Security assurance, safety oversight, and response planning stop being three separate conversations with three separate providers.

Peter Bocock and Steve McMenemy will be representing Redline at the conference. To arrange a time to talk in Manchester, get in touch ahead of the event at sales@trustflight.com.
